Rinker speedo & depth finder somehow connected

anyone know if the speedo and depthfinder on a '97 232 Captiva are connected? both are not working (needle doesn't move on the speedo, nothing on the LCD depth finder display)? maybe a fuse or something?

tips on locating an owners manual appreciated.

No they are not related. No fuse in the speedo system, it works on air pressure. Your pitot tube for the speedo is either disconnected or plugged.

No idea about your depthfinder. It is electric powered.
