River nastiness left on boat... removal?

I have some water lines on my boat from when the previous owner left the boat parked in a slip on the Mississippi river for the season. Is there something I can use on the fiberglass that won't hurt it?

well you can count on it being oil based. there is a product called marykate on & off cleaner. http://properboatcare.com/maonoffhuboc.html
