They have been out of buisness for some time so you will need to make one,

If it is wood between two brackets them just get some 3/4 plywood and glue 2 sheet together and cut it out to match your old one and bolt it in.

Should hold 50 horse.

ok when i mean transom i mean evrything the whole thing connected to the boat my neighbors have a new pontoon. the transom is connected to 3 bars mine is only two the reason i want a new one is that all the bolts is rusted and when i pull my little 10 hp up the big box thing with wood in it moves towards me then back so basically its not solid and dont think it matters whether they went out of business but wow ya its 1962 i think and its been in the water for its whole life by the way its a aluminum

Re: riveria cruiser 20ft transom

I have a 21 foot riveria cruiser and I redid the transom myself. I kept the aluminum parts and replaced all the old rusty hardware with 318 stainless and some grade 8 hardened hardware. I built a 1/2 inch thick plate that takes the place of the wood with welded aluminum. I also added aluminum and steel plates on the edges that make my transom much stronger.

I would unbolt the long inch square steel bars and remove the aluminum cover and angled ( looks like a kids slide ) pieces.

there should also be about a 1/8 inch thick piece that matches the opening in the back and usually has a 1.5 inch to 2 inch thick piece of wood bolted to it.

Once you replace the hardware and add new wood your transom should be really strong again and should survive another 15 - 20 years.
