I am thinking of going with a rochester 4bbl for a 1967-1986 style GM 350. It is going in a 18 foot Campion Christina with a volvo 280 leg. What model should I use and what intake manifold should I use. I am looking for fuel efficiency. Also the linkage is currently set up for a 2bbl rochester 2GC. Will I need to make any changes there?
Thanks,
Sean

Edelbrock makes numerous kits.

I suggest contacting them. They are quite good at giving you a combo that will work.

I would also look at Holley for one of their EFI replacements. Again, they are good at getting you a nice system, with tech. help.

A couple of things
If you have Raw Water cooled, you
should stay away from alum intake(especially salt)
A 4V cam is the only way to take advantage
of 4V carb
67-86 350? does this mean you are rebuilding?
Upgrading?

Upgrading. I have fresh water cooling. The engine builder is suggesting Edelbrock RPM manifold and Holly 570 carb?
Thanks,
Sean
