Guys does anyone knows, when you adjusting 2 adjustment screws on rochester 2bbl carbs for a proper fuel / air ratio, does it applies to the moments when engine runs on high rpms as well as idle or it affects idle fuel / air ratio? Hopefully it does make sence since I'm a bit lost here with adjustments.

Thank you guys

Hmm. I thought that question was answered in another thread but if you have a look at the following excellent article, it should answer your question!

The adjustment screws only adjust the idle mixture, there are separate circuits in the carburetor for idle and open throttle.

Those screws won't change a thing above idle speeds. In other words, they don't apply to high rpms.
