I'm trying to reinstall my rotor ( vibration damper ) and have come to a problem. the rotor cannot go on any further and is Only a couple millimeters From hitting the engine. But the crank has about 1/8 inch to go until it can sit flush with the rotor to have one even plane.... the question is , is it suppose to sit flush ?
ive done this on other engines and they always sit flush, this is absurd to me. Can anyone tell me if this is
correct or what is the proper measurement it should be?
