Rough at 20 on Tach

Hello Boaters,

I have an issue with my Merc OB.

At low RPM's the motor sounds just fine. When I get up to 20 on my tach the enging starts to "shake" (this is not a sputter as if it was a fuel problem). When I go over 30rpm and get up on plane the engine sounds normal again.

Any ideas?
