Rough idle, vibrations, rich, low power under load. New engine

I have a 5.7 gxi that will not stop running rough at idle. It runs rich. Vibration in lower rpm range. And when you hammer the throttle down, the rpms die before coming back up. Getting on plane takes longer than it used to.
It revs fine in nuetral but under load it’s slow.
After running fast if you pull the throttle back fast it half the time dies and needs a little throttle to crank back up.
It’s a brand new crate motor.
New plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
New fuel pump and I have done the reg screen replacement
Fuel injectors are new but I cleaned them just to check.
The spark arrestor makes a really loud sucking sound.
I can’t figure this thing out.
Oil pressure is pegged high but I think it’s the sensor problem. I had to use an adapter because the sent the wrong size thread.

How was the motor running before the new crate motor was installed?

Are the injectors brand new from VP or from ebay?

What is the fuel pressure at the rail?

agree with AD, how did it run prior to the new motor

start with the basics.

first, verify compression
second, verify firing order
third, verify fuel pressure

loud sucking noise from the spark arrestor is normal for a motor pulling air in thru it.

what does Rinda show when you are plugged in?
