Let me re-phase my question. I have an 85 sea ray. I bought a new RPM guage and installed it. It worked fine until this past weekend. At this time I am not getting any RPM readings to the gauge. Any thoughts??
The obvious would be to check for loose connections at the tach, tap the guage (is the needle stuck?) get/borrow a handheld auto tach and hook it up to see if it's the tach or a broken wire.
