i have a 2000 150hp johnson that i purchased used i have everything put on and running but when motor is in gear the rpms raise and the motor seems to miss.it then returns to the original rmps runs for a minute and it starts to raise agian. i have changed the spark plugs so that seems ok. i was told that it could be the power pack can anyone help ???
