'rude 115 wont start

I guess there is one thing after another...<br />My 78 'rude 115 wont start keeps turning over but wont start. any suggestions?

A service manual and a multimeter, or a mechanic.<br /><br />There are a lot of possibilities. We need more info to even start helping.
