I am just starting to think about winterizing my mariner 1996 60hp 2/s (3 carbs) oil injected.

Some people say to remove the fuel line when the engine is running and let it stall, other say you should never do this on a 2 stroke, but if it is oil injected would it still be getting oil while it is running out of fuel so still be protected?
or should i spray fogging oil in the carbs as it stalls or something.

What do you all think?

Cheers
Ross

If you put fuel stabalizer in the fuel...it should be ok. You will not have to drain the carbs in any fashion.

I have a winterization outline on my site.

www.ronsmarineltd.com

its on the right side under tips. You can have a look there.

TMD
