Running rough

Where can I get online help about my fuel system? Anyone please? Twin yamaha 4 stroke 225's. 2004 One is running fine and the other has a hard time with higher rpm. Backfires and almost dies. Bulb is sucked flat.

bulb is sucked flat. is primer bulb arrow pointing toward motor? clogged fuel vent. are they running off same tank? are they running off different pick ups in tank?clogged pick up.

bulb sucked flat
means every fuel pump on the engine is working perfectly.
problem will be between the bulb and the liquid level in the tank, bulb could be bad but very unlikly if its a yamaha unit, most likly a water seperator is clogged or the anti-siphon valve is bad or there is a clogged fuel tank draw tube screen.
not hard to find just time consuming.
