I have a 1990 Bayliner Cuddy Cabin Capri with a 90 hp Force L Drive motor. The motor turns over fine and runs smoothly but there is a severe leakage problem around the base of the inboard on the inside of boat which causes me to leave bilge on. What is wrong and what can I do to correct it. I was told to use some 5200 sealant around the base but have not done so. Does the top of motor need to be pulled and work done? Help, I don't have a lot of money.
