Rusted out engine oil pan

i have a 1985 volvo penta 305 BB 225B INBOARD ENGINE THAT HAS A RUSTED OIL PAN.
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF A ALUMINUM OIL PAN IS MADE FOR THIS ENGINE.
VOLVO ONLY HAS TIN OIL PANS FOR THIS ENGINE.

There is just about anything available for a small block chevrolet engine. Why aluminum? You might not find one that has the dipstick/drain attachment in the proper place for the stock pieces to attach, might take some custom stuff. You could have a steel one powdercoated if you're worried about rust. If you think about it, it took 25+ years for the 1985 steel one to rust......

+1 go with the same part it lasted 27 years you'll probably be replacing the entire engine before you need to replace the oil pan again. You could always paint it with something like Por 15 before you install it!

The correct pan, with several coats of Rustoleum paint will last a long time. Keeping the bilge and engine dry also helps.
