#s on welch plug

Ok guys I finally found the welch plug on my 200 hp johnson that has some numbers on it to try and identify the year of make,but I dont understand it,it reads

Can anybody please tell me what year it is?

That is not the model number. Dealer may be able to help you with the serial number. Do you have a pic of the motor?

Go to the Evinrude website and phone the Customer service number. They will give you the information you need from the welsh plug number. They did it for me a couple of weeks ago. Best of luck. Rick.
