Salt Off Applicator Clogged?

I've been using Salt Off to flush my motor. Started out with the West applicator. It clogged and wouldn't dispense the solution. I tried to clear it and screwed it up totally. Thinking, "a cheap piece of crap" I bought the original applicator. Now it is also not functioning.

Anybody know how to clear the passages in the applicator with out rendering it totally useless?
