Are there any major differences between short blocks for a 1958 evinrude 10hp 10016 and a 1961 10hp evinrude 10022? ... other than the port for a fuel pump?<br />Thanks

The '61 ought to have needle bearings at the rod end. Not sure about the bearings on the crank.

Thanks Paul ... There was a 10022 block on ebay and I was thinking about using it to change my 10016 over to the newer fuel lines. I just decided to keep it all original though. <br />Tom
