Same Pier, another drunken idiot

I posted an article hear 3 weeks ago about an idiot driving his boat into this pier at nite drunk. Friday night another drunken idiot crashed into almost exactly the same spot, again driving his boat drunk.

Sounds like a place to avoid !!!
Drinking and being in charge of any motorised equipment is just plain stupid.
Now afterwards on the other hand is a completely different matter.
