Screw or no Screw

I have a Ranger 354V (glass boat) and decided to pull all the extra junk off of the transom. Had a Speedo pickeup and a temp transducer. i filled the holes in with 5200 but was thinking about putting screws back in the holes I can (with more 5200) for a better seal on the holes that are thru. Any thoughts?

the 5200 will be just fine...

if you add screws.....and the deteriorate....there will be a void.

5200 is used for just that reason.

the top of the line repair is to mix up some thickened resin and gellcoat and fill the holes with that

Cool--thanks oops--I think when I do the wetsand I'll do the resin.gellcoat thing--but will stay with the 5200.
