Question, why. A few more details would help, and some pics of what you are doing.

Replacing a scupper isn't a bad project if you can get to the back side to remove the retaining nuts.
I swapped out the plastic OE for Stainless in about an hour. The trick is to make sure you completely seal the hole completely before installing the fitting.

My transom was over 4" thickness where the scupper passed thru exposed plywood. Sealed hole of the hole thru the transom with liberal amounts of penetrating epoxy. Let dry for a day then installed the new scuppers with 4200.
