I've heard people talking about this as a additve to clean your carbs/engine. But I've never heard of it where is it availabe at and can you purchase it on line. My 650 merc is spewing alot of black crap onto the ground when run with the muffs and since the engine has sat for 2years i figure it could use a decent carb cleaning but do not want to use reg. carb cleaner because of the lubrication issue. I tried finding the web site with no luck so any here would be appreciated.

bushcat gives good advice to prevent carbon build-up,
but you may wanna consider a more thorough
decarb the first time. this is where you spray
a can in each carb, let sit for a while, then
run it and watch tons of crud come out.
directions on aerosol spray can. been discussed
here several times and can be found with a search.
good luck,
M.Y.

Yep, Deep Creep (aerosol SeaFoam) for initial decarb, and use the additive in the fuel to keep it clean. You won't believe the crap the decarb will flush out! Don't point the exhaust at anything you would like to keep clean...lots of black junk and smoke will come out when you refire for the first time. You will want new spark plugs, or thoroughly clean your current ones after the aerosol treatment.
