Hi Floyd
Your seaking was made by OMC's Gale div. It was made in 1956, is a 5hp twin. the Gale model# is 5s12. Seaking was a Montgomery Ward brand name. Gale made alot of these motors for sale by private brands. So you will find the same motor with many differnt names on them. I can't ID your Scott. There is a web site" the Scott Guy. they post a model list.

My manual indicates the 60 was built from 58-60.
63.27 cu. in.J4C plugs at .035. points at .020.
My manual indicates 58-60 motors use 1/2 pt to a gallon mix.I think numbers should appear on the mounting clamp.
