Sea King 7.5hp 1984 no spark

I recently purchased a second sea king 7.5hp 2 stroke outboard made by crysler. I'm familiar with the general workings of the motor and fixes but I'm getting stumped on this one. I have no spark on either cylinder but I have tested the cdi and stator and all readings match up to the sea king that I have that does run. I can not find the reason this motor has no spark any help is appreciated!

Always include the model and serial#, make it easier to get the right parts.
Yours has the electronic ignition, the 2 packs, both don't usually go bad.
See about testing the stator, I don't have the specs, sorry
