I have an 86 sea nymph that was painted a solid color a couple'a years back. Does anyone know where I can find info on these boats?? I'm wondering what the original color schemes were, the specs on different models, etc..
I know mine's an 17.5' Fish n' Ski, but i don;t know much else about the history of these boats.

Any insight greatly appreciated!

Re: Sea Nymph Info

I don't know that anyone kept a history of the company, I have a Sea-Nymph too.

The company went under with OMC in the late 90s early 01 but had been around for a long time prior to that, I would geuss as far back as the 50s.

The plant was located on the shore of lake Wawasee in Syracuse Indiana, I live about 15 minutes away from where it was.

As far as finding original color that is gonna be tough unless you can luck into a brocure from that year, with the company being defunct there really is no where to go.

If you wnat to paint it just pick your colors and go, I did mine last year, heres pics before and after.

What type of paint did you use? The previous owner painted mine with rust-o-leum and it seems pretty solid. I'm thinknig of painting it white, but not sure what paint would work best
