I got sea water mixed in with lower unit gear fluid.Changed out fluid,is there anything I should do to prevent corossion Ect.I know I need new seals to prevent further water impregnation. Just want some advice on what to do if anything besides changing out gear oil.

Fix seals, run it for a day out, then flush again and let it drain completely.Good way to make sure no water still getting in.Also observe metal shavings/fragments on fill plug magnet. You dont want to see anything too chunky.

You need to get the lower unit pressure tested.
It could be just the drain seal or the drive shaft maybe the prop shaft seals maybe???
If you take it in to be fixed they will do it to find the problem.
Might need a simple fix.
There have been several links on how to build a pressure tester on this site.J
