It's not an easy process unless you have a fully stocked machine shop. For starters, you will need a 20 or 30 ton press. I have been researching crank rebuilding for a few weeks and it is more practical and economical to either get a reman crank or find another motor for parts. Check SBT or Hot Rods for a rebuilt crank. I'll warn you, it's not cheap whatever you do... Have a look at Green Hulk pwc forums. They have some pretty good info on there. If you are bent on rebuilding it yourself, I think seadoosource.com rents tools for rebuilding.

try this guy joe 727-488-5353 he probably has some good used cranks or he can do yours but honestly it is a lot of work and pretty complicated to rebuild a crank yourself and by the time you buy all the seals and bearings it would be better to do an exchange for a rebuilt with s b t
also if you wore out the brass drive gear for the rotary valve,, you need to be sure you are oiling it,, some people remove the oil injection and don't think about it oiling the rotary valve drive gear,,
