Seal on Force TT motor/pump union

Trying to find the specs the seal used where the motor joins the pump housing on the Arco 6212 style motors for the Force Tilt and Trim units. My tilt switch shorted, and it ran in the up position likely hours before I heard it and pulled the fuse. It blew the seal where the motor meets the pump for sure. Will replace the seals in the valve in lower part too. Thanks to anyone that knows the motor/pump union seal size/type.

Thanks, the links are invalid but the part numbers help. I was hoping for something like "Viton O-Ring, size 234", has anyone measured it to a standard O-ring size for the o-ring? Could you use a backup O-ring instead of the gasket? If so, size (standard size code)?

For reference, this is essentially the unit I'm trying to get seals for:

Motor type:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-TILT-T...4541-2-PT116N-PT116N-3-F694541-1/232822622879

I believe this is the pump that would match the motor:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Tilt-Trim-...-Force-75-90-115-120-130-135-NEW/290537568370

It's clear to me that the prior owners have swapped out many components of the outboard along the way, the boat is a 1990, it's only a 50 HP US Marine Force motor, but I think this particular Tilt/Trim assembly is off of a different, potentially older or higher HP OB.

Actual pics attached.

Does nobody have one of these items to measure? Doesn't anyone on here rebuild these things?

The pump and motor will fit MANY outboards.
The difference is the 50 had a smaller trim/tilt body.

What do you need rebuilding?

The pump/link would probably fit.
But is yours bad?

The motor/pump cooked and damaged the seals and gasket, just looking for the measurements of the replacements. If I can get the measurements I can probably get replacements at a local hydraulics repair shop that services tractors.

Used two viton (70D) 012 sized o-rings for inner seals on the valves, two viton (90D) 015 sized o-rings for outer seals of valves (lower unit screw-in valves). I used carb needle seals on the tiny internal valves as noted in the sticky, though I used a generic one as it had better reviews on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EUFYXAS/), with the grooved side face down. The Seal 17522 was correct for the pump to housing area, the other wasn't needed, must be internal to the motor, which isn't what I was working on, as I just replaced the actual motor unit. I'm going to try to actually size the 17522 seal and post that for anyone in the future that needs it, as that was the only part hard to find and outrageously priced. It was 1/16 or 3/64" diameter from the look of it, and was tight against the outer metal body of the pump housing. I think 041 would fit, but need to measure the old o-ring to be sure. I should have measured the body with calipers before reassembling, but was racing the incoming rain yesterday. All seems to be working after reassembly.

I can confirm that a 90D Viton -041 appears to be the equivalent of the F17522 (also referenced as 392-2525) seal, at least for my assembly. You can get a 10 pack of those for about a buck a piece instead of $6-12 a piece by the model number... Hopefully you only ever need one, but good to have a set of spares on hand... Would be good to add this to the Sticky if a Moderator can do that... Hope this helps someone else down the line...
