So i have decided to use 1/2 cabinet grade plywood coated with epoxy.

NOW....what is the best epoxy to use..and what is a realistic cost assessment for a 1972 16 foot starcraft supersport that will be rebuilt to almost orig.

I do not want to glass anything in so i was thinking just coat it and rivit down and cover with a marine grade vynl

I'm personally using epoxy from US Composites. Five gallons of resin (with 1.6 gal of the 2nd part, can't remember the term at the moment) was like $243. A gallon of West System stuff is around $100

I agree with oops!. You should do some more research before starting that project. Your current approach has some serious flaws, IMHO
