seat problem on 03 tahoe q3

back to back seat bracket on bottom of seat screws have fallen out or very loose but can't get at seat bracket .

Usually the hardware is inside the seat... and usually those seats fold down. What you need to do is partially fold it down, which should open up an area where you can put your arm inside the seat and tighten the hardware.
