sediment and water in fuel tank

just changed my fuel filter/water seperater cartridge, it contained about half gas, half water, and alot of sediment, this boats been sitting a while, and has a 22 gallon aluminum gas tank,any ideas how to clean out the tank

Ayuh,... Plumb a loop from the tank to a filter to an electric fuelpump, back to the tank, 'n turn it on...
Keep checking, 'n changing the filter til it clears up...
