Seized motor project

Bought a mid 90's mercury force 5hp for $50.
Owner left it sitting in garage for 2 years and said it was working good before being stored. Problem is its seized now.

So I took it home, dropped lower unit, and pulled pull cord. Wouldn't budge.

Project here I come!
So, where should I start?
I heard pouring some outboard oil or automatic tranny fluid into spark plug hole for a day or 2 then try turning flywheel should do the trick

PB Blaster or tranny fluid give it a whirl nothing to lose.
