Setting Timing on AQ170C

Hi Chaps

Can anyone shed light on where to markers are, either they have been corroded away or im looking in the wrong place.

I can see the marker that protrudes the engine but nothing else beneath, is the scribed line/marker on the pulley wheel itself?
