I think rapair has a electric oil pump to replace the one that went south //

wow!! what is that rapair.com? I will do a search and that sounds like an awesome idea! For now I put the oil pump back on with the shaft/gear, I doubt if the bushing would go anywhere anyway but just to be safe:) thanks.

I think it is a good idea to use the pump , or special plug in place of pump ..the intake system needs the "space taken "

What do you mean " the intake system needs the space taken"? Also what do I do with the crank pressure line that pressurizes the oil tank? Just let it pressurize, with no oil in the tank?

if you take out pump , it leaves the space it took up in the intake....there is a special plug to replace the pump with .."not just a "plate"..

If you are doing the "elecric pump deal , it will tell ya what to do ..

If, You are premixing ,,then leave the original pump in , and block off the pressure line to the remote tank at the engine,
remove on board tank/remote tank and the sensors/oil lines...use straight fuel line from the fuel connector to the fuelpump
