hello, bought new triton tr-19 pd last year, a left over from 2000. got a 2000 evinrude 175hp ficht on her with a 6" set back TH jackplate, with a michigan ss prop-24X14 1/4 on it. #1-struggles to get up on plane, #2- height adjustment looks right( looks right to me and a really good mechanic ),though when trimmed in at idle speed, cowl partially immersed in water, #3- sea star pro hydralic steering is like steering a brick, and just had rebuilt, didn't solve problem #4- when coming off plane, the boat really wants to roll over to the right. any help will do wonders. thanks.
