Shakes at low speed

‘82 evinrude starts easy, idles fine and runs great above 5/6 mph! Trolling speed is a different story as it vibrates like hell? Any ideas!

Any idea on how big your motor is ?---A 2 HP or 235 HP ?----Model # ?

unbalanced prop?

Unbalanced prop or bent prop shaft I would say. Is the prop chewed up or has a big chhung out of it? It really does not take much to get the prop off balance. At higher speeds, you may not feel the prop is unbalanced at all.

Yes, the prop does have some tings and a few chips! Didn’t think they were that bad but could very well be the problem! Will get another prop and take her for a ride! Thanks, and I’ll let you all know!
