boat rebuild is done, boat needs a roof over its tower now. i'm going with corrugated sheet metal. i might add a few sections of opaque plastic sheets for some light during the day.
my questions are about installing the sheet metal. everything online is about fancy metal residential roofs...i'm talking cheap sheet metal.
the dimensions are 10' wide by 30' long using the house as a support for one side and 4x4 posts on the outter side. i'm using 2x4's for the rafters and will add 2x4 cross braces in an alternating pattern.
does the normal run of the mill home depot sheet metal need anything else? the only thing they knew at home depot was 24" centers...and screw into the peaks, not valleys.
what am i missing?...i'm no carpenter
