Shift cable route for Merc 470 Alpha 1

Hello,
Does anyone have a picture of, or page number from the manual, that shows the shift cable route from the transom to the linkage on the engine?

Mine is routed from the transom:
down and to the starboard side, straight up and behind the carb, over to the port side, behind the exhaust elbow, and forward to the shift linkage. Is this correct?

Thanks- just trying to make sure. My dumbarse didn't draw a picture before the removal.
