While I was adjusting my throttle cable, I accidently moved the shift cable trunnion a few turns.
My manule (Clymer) dosen't give any detail on adjusting the shift cable. I just put the shift linkage to what seemed like the middle of neutral, with the shift controler in neutral.
IS this OK???
Also, for lync & sync>>my Choke solenoid is mounted at the top of the airbox>>>manuel shows that setup as a 1979 and the solenoid lower on the airbox as a 1978>>>The procedure is different for the 2 years.. What should I follow>>>the process for the 1978, or '79??? 73-78 has the manule choke lever ON & 1979 has it off???
Engine is a 1978 115HP (115ETL78C).
Thanks
