shift interrupt switch 470 mr drive

hi all, the switch on my 470 mr/alpha is shot .I'm going to replace the cable but the switch only has one wire coming out of it and looks like where the bottom wire should be is smashed. found out after the boat would not go into neutral.i dont see any one that sells the switch looks like all they sell are a new shift plate, so is that a plug and play plate or is there some modifying to get it to fit because the pics i have seen do not look like it just bolts up or is there another way to get things to work.man that turnkey boats not so turn key.

ive picked up a couple of those on e-bay.usually about 10 bucks.
