Recently found a loose wire on my shift interrupt. Removed the assy and resoldered the wire. The shift interupt (engine hesitation) now works ok in forward and reverse, but when I accelerate in forward, the engine cuts in and out and will not accelerate. I can accelerate ok in reverse. When i remove the wire from the assy to the coil, I can accelerate in forward - so I know my issue is in the shift interupt. Is there an adjustment I need to make? Appreciate ideas on what is wrong and how to resolve. Thanks.
