So i'm new to boating or atleast this type of boat and i'm a bit confused with the shift lever. I have a 94 rinker 180 I/O and on the shift lever close to the bottom there is a button that can be pushed straight in. What does this button do?? Its not the trailering trim button, not the run/off. it just sits kinda on the side of the lever and its flush with the lever but its a button and just pushes straight in.
