hi all,<br />1975 70 hp Evinrude had severe shock prob. it looks like it was a combination rectifier red lead grounding out and something in the key switch. went out all day in fresh water and had no prob. going to go out in salt soon and see if all is well. only thing now is a little rough idle and it seems i should be getting more power but overall i think it's fixed...<br />thanks!!!
