Is shop2.evinrude.com owned by BRP ??
The reason I am asking is I was checking this site for an exploded view of a fuel pump and I noticed that all the individual parts that make up the pump are available but if you order the complete pump it is unavailable. It also states that it will take 1 to 2 weeks to get it. If this is an evinrude co. why would they not have the complete pump but have all the parts in stock for the pump ??

The exploded fuel pump view that i was looking for only shows the top filter section but doesn't show the inside of the pump. The pump was originally rebuilt by the dealer I bought the motor. I re-assemble it the same way but the dealer may have had some parts wrong. The pump never worked right after the dealer rebuilt it and didn't after I rebuilt it. I finally ended up buying a brand new pump and that worked great. I still have that old pump and I am curious if it was re-built correctly.
If you know where I can get the exploded view of the part of the pump that contains the diaphragm I would greatly appreciate it.

????Say what??? How do you know that all the individual parts are available if it doesn't show a view of them? And what specific pump are you looking at?

But to give a direct answer, the site is BRP, but they have a database where they know what dealers may have the part you want in stock. So, if you order it from the BRP website, the part may actually be shipped from whoever/wherever it was found. Caution: If you order 10 parts and they come from 10 different dealers, you might get whacked with 10 shipping charges.
