Should cream be coming out the top of my engine? 3.0

I got a late start this summer and just started up the engine. Cream like stuff coming out the top of the engine. From the valve cover maybe? I shut it down real quick so couldn't tell where it came from. This may be the end of it. 1987 19' I/O 3.0. I pulled the dip stick and same thing cream like. The engine sounded fine though. Doesn't a bad head gasket make the engine run like crap? Not sure what to do now.

You need a new engine, read this thread and you will understand why.
