carb or FICHT version ?? most will say to forget high tech FICHT

not much support for FICHT it seems and if the EMM goes ...big problems to fix or lots of $$$$

Agreed-----The 60 degree motors with carburetors are very good.-----Even better if you can do your own work.----Finding a shop for work on older motors can be an issue in some areas.

The motor has 150 hours of use - one owner - only routine maintenance has been done - to trips to a repair shop. I'm going to look at the boat and motor today (18' Glastron GX180,) and will find out if it has carbs. Thanks for the advice.

I do not believe they marketed the Johnson 115 HP in FICHT in 2000.-----You should find 4 carburetors on this motor.
