Should I Drain The Fuel Tank?

I have a 2003 model 2002 W/A. I haven't used this boat since 2008. I would like to sell it as I don't use it anymore. My question is, since the fuel has been in the tank for over two years with no stabilizer added in the past year, should I drain it? I would like to show potential buyers how well it runs when they see it. I have asked around and was told both drain it and seeing as how there is less than ten gallons in it , fill it with fresh gas and it be fine. Also, if I drain it, what is the best way to do it? Thanks for any input you may have.

Get ride of it! there's not much to loose. Then use Star Tron and fresh gas in it, that will give you a yrs worth of stabilization. Hook up muffs and let it run for 15-20 min to get through all the fuel system. the keep engine in down position. ( outboard ) you should probably change out the impeller before you run her, cause its probably all dried out and you don't want any pieces of dried impeller running through the system. that's what I'd do.

Thank you for your advice Frankie. That sounds like a good plan.
