Should I restore this row boat?

Thank you so much for the replies guys. I've decided that this boat is not worth the effort or expense. FYI this boat was not sanded down it had paint and gel on it at one point the sun just ate it away, crazy what the sun can do in a state like AZ. Actually, it was 26 years in the sun!

I'll let you guys know when I get a new boat

Wow ! Amazing how the sun ate the gell like that so uniformly .. probably pretty thin gell to start with I guess ..
