Should my exhaust blower push out BOTH sides? (88 Bayliner Capri).

The other day I noticed that my blower vent tube on the starboard side is hooked up to the blower motor, and routed towards the bottom of the motor.

However on the port side there is a vent cover and a vent hose, but it stops around the trim pump. No blower motor.

Is this normal, or am I missing a blower on that side?

One side is to pull in fresh air (no blower) while the other (with the blower) blows the air out. Yours is right.
