shrinkwrap tape?

I saved the shrink wrap from last winterizing but got some small tears in it. Is there some kind of tape suggested to repair it that will hold up?

I bet some of that clear strapping tape that is used to seal packages would work well. Sticks to almost anything and darn near impossible to tear...They do make tape specifically for shrink wrap though..
